is getting a JD too much work and money, when I don’t plan on being a practicing lawyer.

I just figure it would be a good thing for an entreprenur to know the law first hand, and be able to deal with my own legal issues should any arise.

What do you think?

I’m writing an essay for an MBA program, and I’m describing my careeer goals. I’m trying to say that I want my full time job to be running my own company, I don’t want to work full time somewhere and own a business on the side. So i thought I’d say “self-sufficient entrepreneur”, but I’m not sure if being an entrepeneur already implies that you’re self sufficient. What do you think?
