If so, what program would I take, would a degree in business help me understand how to run a business or should I look for an entrepreneur course!

I live in Cincinnati and I’m an entrapreneur. I am looking for a software developer or a software programmer here local. I have an idea that will receive angel and venture investment money, however; I would like to have a working prototype to present to them. Unfortunatly, I do not have the money to pay a software programmer until I receive my first round of seed money. Does anyone know a software developer in Cincinnati willing to help?

Any1 has any ideas which entrepreneur’s ideas that requires lots of capital and business skills but finally make it to one of the biggest corporations in the world right now? with a brief description would be nice.
Example of famous product are much more helpful.
