what should ppl do these days, it seems every week u hear companies downsizing becuase of competition and then if your living in the west, they give your jobs to india or china. so i was thinking shouldn’t we instead be just working for ourselfs, find a niche and then be the best? or aim big or whatever, but be working for YOU, and not anyone else, since there is no more job safety. what do u think?
