I have a reseach project and i don’t know who to do my on…can you help me?

I have created logos and designs that I am trying to sell to people across the country. I want to set up a paypal account or something with an online store where people can buy the dsign directly from the website and they’ll press the design onto a shirt or something. Any suggestions?
