I was thinking renting bar space, having entertainment, charge cover fee, real estate…what else?

Buy a couple lawn mowers, and start cutting.

first, $5000 isn’t enough for what you want to do, or at least to do it well.
I think the only business you could realistically start with that little money, and little or no skill, would be landscaping, mowing lawns. A few grand for a used truck, a couple grand for mowers and such, and you’re good to go.
EDIT: JIM C: That is SOOOO funny! I swear I didn’t see your answer first.

Well I’m not a specialist in mowing lawns.
I’m investor.
That’s why I prefer to make good investments and earn high returns. I’ve invested online at 3% per month last year with 777invest.com. Now that company offers a bit lower rates (around 20% per year). But you could earn really good money in long term. Just in case if you don’t know how to use calculator – you could earn around $1K per year from your $5K even at this rate.
Make search using Google. You will find lot’s of HYIP web sites offering 2-3% daily. They are ALL SCAMS! Be careful!
Good luck

$5000 I would invest in Forex trading using a trading system.
What you do (and what I did) is make sure the trading system has a 60 day money back guarantee first; then make sure you can use a demo account. A demo account let’s you play the trading game with “play money” so you can see if you can profit from the trading system without investing your real cash.
Use the demo account for 59 days and if you see you can make profit you keep the system and invest your real cash. If there’s no profit to be made you get a refund and try another system; there’s literally no risk when buying one.
If you’re interested I found reviews of the top 3 Forex trading systems:
With $10,000 I would save half for a rainy day/new car and put the other half into Forex trading.
