You have it or you don't Individual has to be adventurous, not afraid of downfalls or set backs, able to have a vision, a business plan and money behind him in case things come up, able to sell an idea, persistant, high level of energy (this is not a 35 hr a week job), ability of working alone at a number of tasks, realistic understanding of what the marketplace needs, problem solving skills (there's always more than one answer or one solution), able to handle rejection, I don’t thinks its heriditary.
