In an ironic twist of an entrepreneurial story, I have been able to get together seed capital, and customers for a concept that would make the Outlook calendar the next app for web 2.0. However, I cannot find an Outlook developer that can achieve what I’m looking for. I’ve reached the point where I feel like I need somebody with Outlook omnipotence. Perhaps it’s an ex-MS Outlook developer.
How can I find somebody that has that kind of experience when the area I’m located doesn’t seem to have them?
