The most important thing is persistence. The ability to keep going when everyone else tells you to quit and the rest of them think your idea svcks.
Persistence is the #1 key to success.

everything you listed is needed but if I have to choose one, it will be B.
to be successful, you have to be willing to take a lot of CALCULATED RISKS (you cant just jump in, risks still need to be evaluated).
